Our Sarvanga methodology
requires us to look at all aspects of self. Proper Nutrition is
one of the basic building blocs to reaching our fullest
potential. The standard North American diet plays havoc on both
our physical bodies and our mental selves. The nervous system
needs proper nutrition to function, as does the body.
Our society has an abundance of
food. We have perfected the art of convenience food. Yet we have
more chronic health issues and cancers than any other society.
We need to ask why. We have the highest rate of obesity, yet our
bodies are nutritionally barren, we need to ask why.
The purpose of nutrition is to
build the body, to cleanse it, and to maintain it. Nutrition
however, is not independent from our sate of mind. When we are
stressed it effects how we utilize our food. An improper diet
can contribute to our stress. We need energy to deal with the
demands of daily life. We cannot have energy from soft drinks,
processed flour, refined sugars. We need whole natural foods.
Proper supplementation of the diet can help us reach optimal

Many chronic conditions such as
high blood pressure, diabetes, skin conditions, headaches,
indigestion, ulcers, just to name a few, are a result of our
diet. Many chronic conditions disappear or improve with a whole
natural diet.
Proper weight management is not
just about what we eat, but also about how we eat, when we eat,
and how much energy we burn. Let us get you off the diet yo- yo
and get you on a healthy lifestyle plan. Just focusing on the
diet does not solve weight issues. When we feel fulfilled in all
other areas of our lives our diet is more likely to improve and
to maintain. Likewise when our diet improves it affects every
other aspect of our lives. We are not fragments we are whole.
